Hi again Sticky! I had a post that was”under consideration” or something like that that I’m not certain you even saw. However, I heard nothing back until long enough for me to get through some levels. I’m excited about new fields of flowers. The graphics are great!

It’s show ERROR on the Jars, all jars get overlap!!!,,, what’s happen????
Have you updated during the last two days? This was a problem with earlier versions when a lot of jars were collected. It’s fixed with the latest update. Thanks for playing, and I’m glad you filled a lot of jars!
How come it used to be 150 coins for a power boost, now it’s 800?!!!
Sorry for such an aggressive change! We have an update that is currently “in review” to cut that cost in half, so it should be in iTunes in less than 24 hours. We increased it because at 150 coins it seemed like a loophole in the game as you advanced levels. In the Evergreen Forest a jar is worth 450 coins, so you could get an energy boost 3 times by selling 1. So now we’ve made it equal to the price of a jar from your highest level, to keep the difficulty the same as at the beginning. Twice the cost was too much, sorry about that. Also we’ve cut back on the dragonflies with the incoming update, and fixed the problem selling summer and forest honey.
I was trying to rate the game and it took me here. The game is fun however it would be great that if you could have you bees sleep and regain engery that way when you are not playing at night the energy would be full
That is an interesting idea. They do gain energy when they’re just sitting in the hive. But I think I’d lean in the opposite direction when you’re not playing. I’d rather you wake up in the morning thinking you’d better tend to your bees, not thinking everything’s fine because you haven’t played Bees in a long time 🙂
This is a cute game and my kiddo loves it. However, we have gotten to the rose garden and now the game just crashes. We can’t dump our pollen and the worker bee just seems stuck….what do we do?
What device are you using, is it an older one or a 4th generation? If it’s the latest you could force the game to quit by double-tapping the home button and then selecting it in the list across the bottom. If it’s an older one, you could restart by holding both buttons in for a few seconds. Either one should fix that.
Thanks for the reply. I have a newer generation. However, I have tried both suggestions but to no avail, I still have crash problems. Oh well. Thanks anyway.
Hi, I love the game… Trying to get the awards… The award for ten jars a level. How do I need to do that, I had ten jars for the daisies do you need to save them up, so you will get 10 each kind of honey? Or can you I them in the meanwhile?
I’m glad you like Bees! Yes, you need 10 from every level saved up for that award.
so i was wondering about the label achievements where i need to “relinquish xx jars” to earn. how exactly do i “relinquish” them? emailing them and posting to facebook?
When you have enough jars to relinquish then a button will appear on that page. Then you can tap that to give up the jars and get your premium honey labels.
Posting jars to Facebook and emailing jars is different, and when you do that you do not lose the jar from your collection.

Hi…we paid the Faster Rewards option, but we are currently in the Summer Fields level and can our bee can use all his energy up and we never see a reward? Really? We had a ton of rewards in the previous level…but nothing now. Do you have to pay for the Faster Rewards for each level?

The rewards appear on a random flower that’s out of view, so it’s luck depending on which direction you go. The difference with faster rewards is there’s no delay – as soon as a reward is landed, another appears on an off-screen flower. Otherwise you have to land on a certain number of flowers before another reward appears. In the Summer Picnic the flowers are pretty far apart, so it could be a while between finding them.

I was hooked on Frog Pond and Butterfly Farm but now spend most of my time with Bees. BTW , in those other games, if I buy a certain upgrade feature, like the repellant, I can download it for free to my other devices. With Bees I have to pay every time. Can you fix this ? I noticed someone else asked too. I play Bees HD on 4 apple devices. Thanx.
Hi Bobbi, thanks for the compliments and I’m glad you like the game so much. You should be able to get the non-consumable items for free on other devices if you’re logged into the same iTunes account. The only difference between Bees and those other game on that is that Bees and Bees HD are different games, so iTunes doesn’t recognize something like dragonfly repellent as the same thing in the different games. So going between Bees and Bees HD won’t get you the items for free again, but if you’re in the same game on a different device, buying the same non-consumable thing should be free.

My grandson and I play Bees together . . . And I continue to play when he is not visiting. He loves all the “creatures” in the gardens. After the last update, was so pleased to see the bees will gain energy while you are away! 🙂
But, I get the energy notification and my bees have not gained any energy, can you help?
Does it usually work correctly, and they only fail to gain energy occasionally? I have one other report of this but I haven’t seen it happen myself. I’m trying to solve it.
Thank you for your quick response. The bees gained energy once for sure, maybe twice just after the update, but not since. I do play the game on a regular basis. I don’t know if it makes a difference or not, I play on an I Pad.

Bees are still not gaining energy while away from the game. Energy notification comes up, but no progress. If I reloaded the game would that help, or will I lose all that I have done thus far? Anxious to try and solve this problem. Thanks for your continued help.
I am having the same problem with getting the energy notification but not the energy. I thought I had it figured out by exiting the game and not just shutting the device down when I was in the hive. That seemed to work for a bit, but I have gone back to getting the notification and not the energy. Suggestions? Btw…Love the game!
This is happening on some iPads and not others. I don’t know why it happened, but I have it fixed and will submit the update to Apple soon, along with a change to allow you to listen from your own music library while playing.
I play on ipad2. Energy notifications come up, but my bees haven’t gained any energy for 48 hours. I’m on the Hawaiian level if it helps. Thanks

Hi, is there any way that you can see how many jars you have for each level without counting them one by one? Making up to 75 jars each level is a lot of counting, lol… Thank you!
Hmmmm no, I should add that. When you’re looking at the crates, you could tap something to see how many jars there are in each level.

Yes. It is in with all the jars and it opened up recently. I still like to play to the game, even if I have “finished” it. I’m not sure if it was in the Christmas game or the Lotus game or if it just opened up? Maybe a jar from another game? Or I made so many more jars of honey or bees that it opened? It is in a square, a glass jar with a white flower. It is, so far, the only jar one in a square. And I’m sorry it took me so long to answer. I did purchase collect all the jars? I wonder if there are more in the game that I might find? Thanks for your help.
Love the game! I want to be a biodynamic beekeeper in the next year and had just taken a class on beekeeping. This game is so much fun. I love bees! I have opened up levels up to the cherry blossom but not sure how to open up more. What do I need to do?
Glad you love the game! When you see the list of levels there are 3 stars for bees, jars and coins needed to advance to the next level. For the ones that aren’t filled in, the number still needed pops up under the star for a few seconds.
Thank you for creating such a lovely game! Its a little like a day in the life of a bee ;)! Strawberries, with ladybugs flying around, rose garden with garden spider, amazing orange trees, and my favorite was the Summer level with clover and dandelions baseball glove and picnic! Will you be adding more levels soon? Hope so!
I’d love to be able to sell my crates also so I have more coins to make bees.
I installed bees on my new iPhone and the game reset, which is fine. However, I lost my in-app purchase for the forever dragonfly repellent. All the other apps have an option to restore in app purchases, but I don’t see it anywhere on bees. Am I expected to re-purchase it every time I get a new phone?
If you are logged in to the same iTunes account on your new phone, and you purchase the forever dragonfly repellent again, it should be free. Also it should tell you before you purchase that it will be free.
I tried purchasing but it is asking me to confirm a $14.99 purchase. I am hesitant to do so because I don’t know how difficult it would be to request a refund should the charge go through. It is the same iTunes account and i downloaded the app from the cloud. Is it possible that it won’t unlock because when I originally bought it years ago, it was $9.99? It still works on my iphone.
In the missions section where you have to fill 10 jars from each level, it says I have zero and I don’t know how that is possible because I am already on the lotus pond level. Please help.

Hi! I unlocked the levels right up to the Locust Flowers. I got a new phone, the thing is the game is letting me start all over to unlock the levels again. Is there anything that you can do. I hate starting all over. Please help! Thanks.
Sorry but no, I didn’t make Bees use iCloud. That would be the solution for that. I definitely will with the next update.

For any non-consumable purchases (everything but bee bread and royal jelly) you should be able to go to buy them again and see that they’re free.
Nope…I just found led chrcjed and all the crates I have to repurchase…I also had unlimited dragon fly repellent…I didn’t even see that option anymore…gone with the crates are all my extra jars for honey …
Please please Hurry up and help get Bees on iOS 11 …suddenly I get a message saying it needs updating I can’t play anymore and it’s my favorite and I’m going into withdrawal!!
